Executive Assistant

We are looking for a motivated, driven and autonomous Executive Assistant to be part of our global Private Equity team.

The position would be based in Cairo, Egypt.

Start Date: immediate

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inventory of office supplies
  • Coordinate with office administration for processing of payments.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our office facilities' physical infrastructure and systems
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Assist the management team in running their schedules and booking appointments effectively
  • Set up visit agendas, including booking calendars and making necessary reservations
  • Assisting service manager in coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and service providers
  • Perform basic public relations and corporate affairs tasks
  • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills
  • Proficient in typing both in English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in French is a plus
  • Excellent command of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Task oriented and able to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in order of urgency/importance
